I was fortunate to be able to try out this amazing service as part of an offer for Airbnb employees and it was nothings short of AMAZING! Patryk is a STAR! in every way – he is warm, passionate about what he does, considerate and an amazing human being to engage/spend time with! Often times, it could be daunting, sharing/inviting a stranger into your home, but Patryk was so personable and you can tell he really LOVES what he does which translated beautifully into his food. Prior to his arrival, he asked about my plates which I was admittedly a bit embarrassed by, but this told me the detail that he puts into his dishes down to the plating. He also communicated clearly about expectations (i.e. counter space, fridge and what he would be doing once he arrived). By the time we sat down for service (which I might add started exactly on time), the progression of the dishes were perfection and everything tasted amazing with little surprises sprinkles throughout! Thank you for everything!

Meet Chef Patryk Puchalski

At the heart of our culinary excellence is our CEO and Executive Chef, Patryk Puchalski. A true master of his craft, Chef Patryk brings 20 years of unparalleled experience, including Michelin-starred expertise, from the highest echelons of the culinary world. Having worked in many high-quality hotels and restaurants, he ensures every dish is a testament to dedication and artistry.

Chef Patryk’s extensive culinary journey began with foundational skills honed in distinguished English kitchens, including renowned restaurants and hotels like the Crown and Sandys Country Pub & Restaurant. His experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at the prestigious Grand Hotel in the center of Oslo, where he was instrumental in preparing dinners for Nobel Peace Prize winners.

Since 2011, Chef Patryk has been continuously enhancing his professional qualifications and knowledge in Norway. His impressive tenure includes significant time at the Egnø Gård Hotel, recognized by the White Guide Nordic 2017 as one of the top 10 best hotels in Norway. In 2017, in Skjolden Hotel, he immersed himself in the philosophy of running a local kitchen, deeply rooted in products sourced., directly from local farmers. Further demonstrating his exceptional skill, Chef Patryk secured 3rd position at the ICC International Culinary Competition in Oslo in 2022.
